With a clear morning and illuminated by the first rays of the sun, we will be embarking on a journey in search of our inner selves through a meditation and yoga session beside of the Atlamaxáyac river, a river guarded by 4 tlaxcaltecas manors. Having lit ourselves, we enjoy a walk, wading through artistically carved by running water, arriving at one of the aquifers to stock up on this vital liquid.

After recharging our forces with the fluid falling gently through the channel, we will go to watch crawfish, infallible protectors of the regional aquatic fauna. Being hungry because of the exciting hike upstream, we'll assemble a picnic and enjoy our sacred foods.
